Log in with your ID and password.
Create the admin login. Only someone with this ID and password will see reports, statement, masters and backup.
New entry
Enter moves to the next box. A new empty row appears by itself when you fill the last one. Empty rows are skipped when saving.

Tap an entry to correct it.

Statement
Total of each item for every vendor, for the chosen period. Tap a vendor name to see all its entries.
Yearly statement
Point + Batch total for every vendor, financial year wise (April to March). Tap a vendor to see Point and Batch separately.

Admin password
Change the password used to open admin mode (at least 8 characters).
Staff logins
Create an ID and password for each staff member. Staff can only make entries and see their own entries.
Backup
Hostinger saves a full copy of the server and the database every day automatically (hPanel → Backups). You can also download a full Excel copy of all Monopoly data here. Its "Entries" sheet uses the same columns as Import, so it can be imported back if ever needed.
Import old data
Upload an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file. For Google Sheets use File → Download → Microsoft Excel. The first row must be headings: Date, Folio, Vendor, Category, Item, Qty, Remark.
